Bathrooms were dirty. The walls look like they've never been wiped down. Paper towels spilling into the floor. The lattice wall next to our table was disgusting. They got my order wrong. Politely sent it back. Got the correct order.Service was so slow the bread was cold. My sides looked and tasted like day old leftovers. Dumplings were nothing more than a bowl of gravy with a few lumps. Pinto beans had a thick gravy type consistency. My husbands mashed potatoes and gravy seemed to be leftovers as well. His green beans were good. The people were very nice.

It's your typical Cracker Barrel- inside and out. The staff was friendly and professional. However, staffing is an issue. Approximately 25% of the restaurant was not used and closed off because of short staff. We were there on Sunday and the empty tables added to the wait times for potential customers.

Don't do it. Fried chicken was overcooked. Little chicken, all burnt breading. Cordova Tn. Worst home delivery. Delivery time and food, horrible

Sat down to order the waiter took our drink order but when it came to food service I was morphed at how slow they are simple breakfast order which took about 30 minutes. It’s 11:24 am and we can in at 10:30 still haven’t received our order, I’m visiting from North Carolina and every time I come to Memphis the service get slower and slower. I’m my honest opinion they need to either amp up their cooks and employees or just close the place down. I’ll come back with how my food was.

Never found a cracker barrel that wasn't pretty good and about the same. I have to make an exception for this one. This was awful. A simple order. Two eggs OE, bacon, hash brown casserole and biscuit. Wife got French toast. What I got was two eggs well done, bacon, and grits and cornbread. I asked for biscuits again and took forever and then with no jelly or gravy. Wife got her toast with butter that was apparently frozen and wouldn't hardly melt. Wife never got her hot chocolate. We told the waitress to give us our ticket so we could leave, that took another 20 minutes. Our waitress must of had a bad night because she forgot how to smile and looked grumpy the whole time. I will continue to do cracker barrel, but will steer clear of this one. Manager needs to work with employees to learn to be friendly at the least.

Stopped in for a quick dinner before returning to our hotel. My husband had breakfast and I had a salad. Service was very good, the food was served promptly, and the prices were reasonable. What more could you ask for?

Stopped by here on our way out of town toward Nashville. No server came to our table so finally asked the man who looked likely to be a manager and he got us helped. So it ended up being a lot longer stop than we hoped. But the food was very good, although hubby’s fried chicken was overly done. Reasonable pricing and food was good and hot. Plenty of parking.

I recommend that the Cracker Barrell Resturant in Memphis on Hacks cross offer better customer service and better quality food when someone orders Togo meals my food wes not cooked properly, the southern fried chicken was very greasy the grease that the chicken was cooked in was old and the greens were nasty. The host who took the order had my order under w name that has absolutely nothing to do with my name. My name is Phyllis Parks they had it under the of Ty..The food cost to much for the poor quality of the food .. I will not be going to that Cracker Barrel again and I definitely won’t order a to go meal..

We were tired and hungry. Luckily we were staying right next door to this Cracker Barrel. We got two vegetable plates and they were good.the staff was excellent and the hostes was from Florida like myself which was cool and she was a big help.

We stopped in just before 11 a.m. hoping to get a quick lunch. When we checked in, we were told it would be no more than a 40-minute wait, but almost certainly less. We hesitated, but stuck around. After 45 minutes, I began checking in with the front hostess. She was polite, but no help. At the one-hour mark, I checked in with the hostess at the entrance to the restaurant. She told me it would be 10 or 15 minutes. I told her that we were leaving. All the while, we noticed that people coming in for pick-up orders were left waiting, getting varied answers and sometimes still waiting a half hour for their food. It seemed some management types were just wandering around the store, moving from the cash registers to the front hostess stand by the front door to the hostess stand at the restaurant entrance, but never really doing anything. Perhaps their time would have been better used bussing a few tables or helping in the kitchen. No one seemed happy or willing to try to help the situation. My advice: Try elsewhere.

We haven't been able to go inside lately but took advantage of gift cards to order some to-go meals lately. The food is still the same as any location you'll find. However, we won't return any time soon due to the extremely poor - meaning slow and customer - service. The previous visit was marred by their website being unable to take 2 payments. This time, when we made each of our entree choices, we were told something wasn't available - but what? The entree,? One of our sides or related choices? It didn't say! Then I called and relayed our orders. In 2 cases a side was not available, in the third case, the entree itself. This prompted the 3rd person in our party to opt out of ordering altogether. I asked why the menu wasn't accurate and was told they're addressing it. OK - after placing our 2 orders, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived 30-35 minutes later and announced myself. Was told it wasn't ready yet. Finally, almost an hour after the order was placed I received it. I don't mind waiting 60 minutes if told it will be 60 - better to underpromise and overdeliver. I noticed the receipt had been marked 'closed' 15 minutes prior!! I feel like I was lied to!! We won't be back till the pandemic is over - at best!

Our dinner meal was terrible. We ordered hamburger steak, potatos with gravy and turnip greens. The meat was overcooked and served cold along with cold potatoes and cold turnip greens. WE were told it would take another 15 minutes if we wanted gravy. There was a 20 minute wait to be acknowledge by waitress. Overall experience was bad. The service was as bad as the food. Definitely not up to usual Crackerbarrel standards.

I’ve given a lot of reviews and none have been this bad. We have ordered a lot of food delivered to us and we love Cracker Barrel. We ordered meat and veggies for my family of 7. All of the food was cold. We only live 5 minutes away. Everything tasted like it had been sitting on a counter for hours, maybe leftovers from other orders. Two of my kids didn’t eat their food and they didn’t even like the peach cobbler. I believe dine in is good but their takeout food was just bad.

Convenient location to hotels and highway. Large location and got seated right away on a Monday morning. It was not as busy as I had expected it to be. Overall the service was good, even though our server seemed to be a little more on the slower paced side. Meals were all hot and thoroughly enjoyed. The favorite is always the hash brown casserole. The ham though was saltier than other hams we have had at other Cracker Barrels. Overall, it’s a decent place to eat, the typical, normal chain with friendly service.
