“Had the pizza at the hotel lobby bar before. Arguably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life.Came tonight and had the French dip. What arrived was a Sandwich so exceptional that all other pretending sandwiches should be demoted to a lower category. Unless you are going to roast the beef yourself, and carefully simmer down the au jus, you will not find a better sandwich.“
“It’s an awesome place for a burger ? done fast and delicious ?!!! The price and the service were outstanding. I love the vibes and how cozy the place was.Parking: It’s a city so it’s gets harder to park as the place gets packed. Yet there is a ton of parking.“
“First time here while visiting the city and I had a great experience in a great environment. Staff were all helpful, friendly and had great attitudes when helping the customers. Guests were enjoying many different sections of the venue and all sections of the property seemed family friendly. This is a very unique gem!“
“Food runs from gumbos, muffalettas to chicken, catfish tenders to burgers and wings. Daily lunch specials are great. Service at the two bars is usual very good to great but table service can be hit or miss due to very chill servers. Overall, love it!“
“We had brunch and arrived a bit early for our reservation. They accommodated us immediately, super nice. Bloody Mary was spot on! We had the pimento appetizer and it was lovely. Curry chicken salad for me and the burger for hubs. Both were delicious and hearty without feeling stuffed!“
“The ambiance is one of my favorite things about Hugstables. The staff members are very nice and professional every time we go. There are very few places to go in Memphis where a person can feel safe. On top of that, the food is some of the best in the city. I love to have my sons get their hair cut next door at House of Style, then get some food from Hugstables. I recommend them to everybody!“
“Love the cozy, classic atmosphere of Mortimer’s. This is a longtime Memphis restaurant, and the clientele reflects its established reputation (overwhelmingly older). Great service, but the food was a bit lackluster. None of our meals were executed really well. Oysters Rockefeller burger would’ve been good had the burger not been cooked terribly unevenly. Beef was not really seasoned. Mahi mahi entree was tasty and cooked well but the crawfish in the cream sauce on top were very fishy. Onion rings were good but salty. Fried mushrooms and side salad were good. So fairly hit and miss but, for the price, should’ve been more hits than misses. Cocktails were tasty, and the bar looked inviting. I’ll return to try more of the menu and enjoy the old-fashioned vibes. Small patio for nice weather.“
“I've been coming here for about 24 years now. It is consistently good. Food has remained high quality and the service is almost always top notch. I love their nachos, the quesadillas, the cheese dip, all of it! You can't go wrong with Tracks.“
“Nice location with really nice staff, a great atmosphere and ability to order some items from the steakhouse. We had some super fresh oysters and tasty burgers and cocktails. Overall price, quality, and service was a must come back. The onion soup was killer!“
“Awesome place, the staff are amazing and the atmosphere is really great. Security on the weekends makes customers feel safe, but during the week I’ve noticed the lack of security. It takes Memphis PD or the Sheriff’s department too long to arrive. I think increasing security during the week days would make customers feel much safer and secure. Overall I really enjoy spending time and eating at TJ Mulligans 64.“
“Placed a pick up order via phone. The person taking the order was nice. I had never been to this place before. It’s your typical dive bar but it was packed on a Saturday late afternoon. FYI this is a CASH ONLY establishment. Maybe there is a sign in the building that I missed that said this but I definitely wasn’t told when I placed my order via phone. Paid $31 for cheeseburger and fries and about 7 small drummies. Seems a little expensive but maybe this is the typical price for dive bar food. I was never shown a receipt so I can’t tell you the price for each item. Food was fine.“
“Great spot for live music and dancing. Friendly people and amazing service. I would've given it 5 stars, but they served me very cheap wine. I had 5 glasses and felt nothing. I drink 2 glasses of the one at home and be tipsy, that only cost me $7 a bottle lol. Other than that I really enjoyed myself! Check this spot out I went on a Thursday.“
“Been here several times and always enjoy. For mud island the prices feel pretty reasonable and food is always tasty. Decent veg/pescatarian options too. Service has always been good whether it be dining room, bar or outdoors. Outdoors is really nice too, on not too hots days you can look at the river. I don't live on the island anymore but I would go back.“
“Great historic dive bar in the evenings, business lunch spot during the day. Best burger in town if you are looking for high grade, hand pattied beef cooked with salt and pepper over a grill, with great cheese choices on a half buttered hoagie. You can't go wrong with the sausage sandwich or anything for that matter.“
“I'm a regular at this location. I started going here around 2021. It place of regulars. You see the same friendly crowd nightly, good bar food. The bartenders are spot on they do a great job. Trivia night Tuesday is fun. The live bands Friday, and Saturday night fun. A must check out place. I own a online local Memphis radio station called Finely Tuned Music, I've given them a shout out the airs off and on throughout the day.“
“My first time to Memphis (just passing through). Went to Beale street for a couple of hours to check it out and have some dinner before moving on. We enjoyed the street scene, then went to dinner at Silky O'Sullivans. We weren't happy with the length of time it took to get our food---that would have been OK, but the food came cold!! We were ready to leave when the manager came over, apologized, explained the delay and told us that she would have our food out "hot" right away. That's what she did--the food was hot and delicious and very timely. The manager, waitress, and food was top notch. Will go there again next time we are in Memphis!!“
“I’m pretty tardy to the party with writing this review. I’ve lived nearby for 10 years, and it’s been the bar of my choice the entire time. The bartenders are great, the food is great, and so are the patrons. If you decide to add this bar to your regular rotation, everyone will soon know you by name! Cheers!“
“Our First Experience Was Yesterday On Christmas! Never Have I Ever Been The Type To Go Out To Eat On Christmas, It’s Always Been a Tradition To Eat At Home. But This Year Things Were Different. Nevertheless, My Family And I Enjoyed Our Host, The Other Workers, The Atmosphere, The Food, and The Price! I Do Not Remember Our Waitress Name, But She Was Extremely Nice and My Daughter Really Enjoyed Her, But I Hope She Serves Is Next Time. We Will Definitely Be Back. Thank You all Again For A Great Experience and For Being Open On Christmas. Because You All Deserve To Be Home With Your Families Also, But Instead You All Were Serving Us And I Appreciate That. You Got Yourselves Some New Faithful Customers. This Is Definitely a Christmas We Will Never Forget, Especially For Our 6 Year Old Daughter.“
“Such a cool place to dine!! The building is 100 years old and once was a theater where they showed silent movies! They have maintained the charm of the old theater. They even have very old movies playing on the back wall. Truly a beautiful interior! Our waitress was delightful and very attentive. It isn't a cheap meal but excellent food. I could have had steak but I went for their specialty grilled cheese. Delicious! Their Parmesan fries were a tasty side. Others in my past had specialty burgers and even a flatbread pizza. Everyone was happy with their meal. I will likely come again when I am in downtown Memphis.“
