Food was EXCELLENT. i had the catfish plate and it was beyond good. The service however could use some work. the young lady behind the bar was still learning and that's okay. They had one cook so wait time was longer than expected. (communication between the two should be imperative) they are having a grand-o next week and hopefully the kitchen and staff have been upgraded with more personnel. would go again just to see the ambiance and flow of the place full speed!
The Boujee burger is phenomenal with a brioche bun lightly crisped on the grill. The fries that came with the burger we're also quite lovely. Crsiped to perfection with a nice light garnish. The owner and sever were both Amazing and friendly!!! All the ingredients were very clearly fresh, simple and honest! 10 out of 10 recommend!
Checked out Boujee Bistro Saturday night. Great experience, we where warmly greeted by the hostess and seated timely. The atmosphere was very nice, pleasantly elegant. We started with calamari that was lightly battered, well seasoned and tender. The lamb chops where juicy and tasted devine. The chef came to our table and introduced himself. He also told us about the menu and plans for Sunday brunch. We are definitely planning to return and experience the brunch.
