Staff was kind and helpful. Lobby was a fun environment with free pinball, board games, and shuffle board. Each guest was given a token for a free drink at the bar/cooler area. And the hotel was right across from a pleasant park with a fountain. I would recommend vallet parking for $32, you can come and go. The parkade for the hotel is not on site and is still a $20 charge to use. Overall, great experience!

The best experience! The parking attendants (KP and Za Shun) worked out some confusion for me with the parking and helped me load my car. They were so nice! Also the front desk clerks are the best! They were so nice and helpful. Gave me verification on a breakfast restaurant and helped me fill my little ice chest for the road. Everyone there was kind and friendly. They really take care of their customers. Can't wait to visit again!

MOXY Memphis Downtown provides outstanding customer service with a smile. The staff offers excellent care, creating a welcoming atmosphere that is fun and modern. The valet service is especially friendly and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants, making it easy for guests to explore the area. Guests receive tokens for complimentary drinks, enhancing their stay, and the bar features a lively atmosphere with a variety of games and scheduled events.
While the hotel has nice and clean rooms that are comfy, some guests noted issues like the lack of a mini fridge and microwave, which can be inconvenient during longer stays. The beds are comfortable, but some have found the bathrooms to be incredibly small. There is a large bar/lounge area where guests can enjoy drinks and socialize, but the music can be loud until late in the evening. The location is great for visiting local attractions, but noise from the nearby park and nightclubs has been a concern for some guests, affecting their sleep. Overall, while the service is superb, particularly from the bar staff, the hotel may need to address these issues to improve guest experience.
