Great place to stay! We came in for St Patricks Day and had a wonderful time in Memphis! Accomdations here were top notch! Thanks for making our stay so good!

Just stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms themselves are lovely and comfortable. But it’s quite noisy, the rooms aren’t very soundproof and if you have a room out the back be prepared for the noise of trams going past! However they do supply free earplugs, and the free cocktail upon check in was a lovely touch! About 10 mins walk to Beale Street.

The location is excellent and the people are nice. The rooms are really cool but a little small and not extremely comfortable. Kind of a hostel experience on sleep quality.

David the valet is incredible. I bet he could park a car with his mind. Like a Jedi.

Very nice and well kept rooms that are clean. The Moxy has a nice atmosphere. The bar is downstairs and near the games area. There are a collection of guitars on the wall you can always request so you can play them. My only wish is that they have a fridge and coffee machine in the rooms, but they do have coffee downstairs. I also wish they had gluten free items available for breakfast. The breakfast items they sell are all bagel and pastry based.

Not our cup of tea. Within walking distance to great BBQ.

Great hotel. I've stayed at Moxy in other cities. And I'm always happy with them. Cool environment. Great vibes. And most people I've interacted with at any Moxy location have been pretty cool people.

This is my go-to when visiting Memphis. Nice touch with welcome drink, although not ideal to have beer served in a plastic cup vs glass. I also like that I can park on the street for free.

The car service attendant David is wonderful he’s so sweet and helpful. He made our drop off so easy we lost our ticket and he was able to creat up another one with no problem. Each attendant is different but David made a difference with service. The host to check us in was super helpful and we also had a good time at the bar located in the lobby as well.

It's a basic needs. Place done with a little flair. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Bathroom is comfortable and clean. Sync outside the toilet /shower area. Bed was firm which I like. Good bedside stands and power access. There's essential needs in the lobby. They give you one free water, which I thought was fine (unless you want the beer or a mixed drink). Lobby is quirky but it works. There's no desk in the room, which I guess I understand, but seems like they could have given you a small workspace.Special call out to Laida and Matt, who were friendly, professional, and accommodating.

When we first arrived I initially thought this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We came back from eating dinner to have a drink at the bar. We were told at check in the bar is open until 11 but when we attempted to have a drink at 5:30 we were told the bar would be closed for the rest of the night unfortunately due to “short staff”. We checked in at 3 and only had one team member present but were still able to access the bar if we wanted. Tonight we were told the bar couldn’t be opened because there would only be one team member present. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied as this should have been noted while booking/checking in.

Worst hotel ever. I travel a lot for work, I'm a loyal Marriott customer and I can tell you the Moxy Memphis hotel does not live up to Marriott's guest standards or even other Moxy hotel standards. Front desk is rude, lobby is a mess and the guest room walls are paper thin so you constantly hear doors closing throughout the building and just pray you don't have loud neighbors, whether above, below or on either side of the room. Never staying here again.

Not bad, quirky and good location in proximity to downtown, unfortunately not a safe area and slow

Great location. Wish we had more time to explore but, because of where the hotel is located, we got to see a lot in a short amount of time!

The Moxy is located on the trolly line, which makes it very convenient to get around. It's just a five minute walk to Beale St, and I felt very safe walking, even after midnight. The rooms are modern and hip, and the staff was very happy to assist with anything. It felt like being at home rather than in a hotel room. I would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Super clean and cozy. I felt like I was in my bedroom at home.Walkability: It's in a great location. The river and Beale St are very accessible.Food & drinks: At check-in, I was given two free drink tokens, which was a pleasant surprise.
