“The lobster mac and cheese was absolutely delicious! The pasta was creamy and perfectly cheesy, with generous pieces of tender lobster throughout. Every bite was rich, flavorful, and satisfying without being overwhelming. Definitely a must-try for any seafood and mac-and-cheese lover!“

“Staff was kind and helpful. Lobby was a fun environment with free pinball, board games, and shuffle board. Each guest was given a token for a free drink at the bar/cooler area. And the hotel was right across from a pleasant park with a fountain. I would recommend vallet parking for $32, you can come and go. The parkade for the hotel is not on site and is still a $20 charge to use. Overall, great experience!

The only note for cleanliness, the showers had some areas with the pink mold/bateria build up. Other than that the rooms were in great shape, I'm a cleaner by trade so I'm pretty picky and I was impressed!“

So many people wished us a happy anniversary, and the service was top-notch. The food was amazing as always, and the complimentary Mini Indulgences were such a sweet surprise! “The dinner itself was nice. We had a table of about 10 beside us who were very loud and annoying while drinking. Also it would be nice for the establishment to keep individuals from wearing ball caps and jogger suits to dinner. Keep it classy! Disappointed.“

“It’s an excellent environment for ANYONE. There are activities for all ages. Great concerts and excellent food all in the same place.“

“Belltower at Shelby Farms was so kind to let us use their outdoor space for my sister’s get-together right after she got engaged! Claire, the manager, was extremely helpful, involved, and considerate. The catered charcuterie cups were delicious. And the outdoor set up they let us decorate made the finishing touches give it an outdoor bridal shower feel. It was truly a special event, and Belltower worked with us every step of the way to make it just that.“

“We have dined at Flemings Las Vegas numerous times over the past years (15+ ago) so we were excited to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary at Flemings Memphis. We were greeted by the host staff and shown to our table, including a small place card celebrating our anniversary. Our server, Kimberly, was phenomenal!! Atmosphere was lovely as expected. We ordered a bottle of wine, 6 oysters on the half shell, wedge salad, lobster bisque, scallops, king crab and two sharable sides. Everything was great except.....the scallops were quite small. I mean, no more a single bite each, and a not a big bite or mouthful. But maybe a silver dollar size each. They literally got lost in the dish/bowl amongst the mushrooms, and greens. The small size affected the cook as they were slightly over done (I have eaten plenty of scallops so I understand what the appropriate texture is). My wife throughly enjoyed her king crab but I was disappointed in my scallops, making my experience far less then expected and as experienced from Flemings Las Vegas. I do understand that there may have been a "supplier issue", having worked in the food industry for years, but serving a substandard (IMO) dish is far worse then telling a customer that a dish isn't available due to "ingredient quality issues". I did mention the portion concerns to the restaurant management to which they apologized but the truth is, the "damage" was done. All in all, the experience was OK, highlighted by the awesome wait staff, including others that assisted Kimberly!! We will probably visit Flemings Memphis again the future, but I doubt I will order the scallops (a favorite of mine) again.“
