I travel a lot for work and ended up in Bartlett. So, gotta get some bbq! Brad’s is a really, really good bbq joint. I ordered a jumbo sandwich with potato salad and beans. The pulled pork was juicy with a nice bark. The sauce complemented the meat very well. Be sure to have extra napkins handy! The potato salad had a nice zip to it. Maybe a dash or horseradish in it??? The only slight disappointment was the beans. They tasted good but weren’t hot. Just room temperature. But again, good beans otherwise. The service was excellent. Quick and attentive. Great spot for traditional, Memphis style bbq pork.
I ordered a jumbo plate on 8/27/25. I ordered a jumbo plate I specifically ask for hot sauce on the side. Got all the way to work no hot sauce!!!! Foods always good!!!! I love this place !!!!

Amazing local bbq joint. Food, timeliness, and service have always been great in my experience. Have brought friends from out of town and gown for my birthday. The drive up window for to-go orders is always fulfilled promptly and accurately if we're in a rush.

Went to dine in, sat for 15 minutes, the young lady did get our drinks but then ended up getting some others family order that came in after us before taking ours, after she got theirs she walked right by us and didn't even speak so we got up and decided to leave. The food is good but service was less than par tonight. Not satisfied

Ordered 3 pounds of pulled/chopped pork for the Fourth of July instead of spending a day and a half smoking my own so I would have time to enjoy the holiday instead of cooking this time. Never again. While the price was good at $11 a pound And the staff was prompt, courteous, and his friendly as they could be, this had to be the worst pork shoulder I’ve ever had. It was dried out and chewy , no smoke flavor, no smoke ring in the meat and had nearly no flavor at all. I pride myself in my ability to smoke Shoulders / Butts that come out as tender and super flavorful as Corky’s, Central, One and Only and even Tops, which has great meat. Next time I decide not to cook, I will be more than willing to pay double to go to one of these other places and get real barbecue with real flavor. This was a waste of time and money. Thanks for a flavorless 4th of July!

Food was subpar all around and they were out of multiple menu items at lunch time. The brisket and bbq pork were dry and had no flavor. My friend enjoyed the potato salad, but it was made with sweet pickle relish which is not my thing. The waitress was friendly, but that’s about all it’s got going for this place. My favorite was a stuffed boar’s head on a back counter 😂 Definitely do not recommend.

Cute place in Bartlett. Waitress was nice. Food was not impressive. I had BBQ pork plate, beans, and slaw. The BBQ was dry and chewy. The slaw bland. The beans tasted like a cheap canned beans.
