I travel a lot for work and ended up in Bartlett. So, gotta get some bbq! Brad’s is a really, really good bbq joint. I ordered a jumbo sandwich with potato salad and beans. The pulled pork was juicy with a nice bark. The sauce complemented the meat very well. Be sure to have extra napkins handy! The potato salad had a nice zip to it. Maybe a dash or horseradish in it??? The only slight disappointment was the beans. They tasted good but weren’t hot. Just room temperature. But...

Amazing local bbq joint. Food, timeliness, and service have always been great in my experience. Have brought friends from out of town and gown for my birthday. The drive up window for to-go orders is always fulfilled promptly and accurately if we're in a rush.
