I have now experienced Texas, Kansas City and now Memphis BBQ in their respective areas and I might not be a fan of Memphis style. Brads is a sit down style restaurant where there is one server who does pretty much everything. It feels like a classic BBQ joint but when it comes to the food I found it a bit lacking. The sandwich was good but I want to be blitzed with flavor and I just didn't get that from the pork shoulder. The Cole slaw that was added I could barely taste...
The wife and I try to stop by here once a week! The service is always friendly. The BBQ, Burgers and Spaghetti always great, and I love their hot sauce! Banana pudding, Strawberry or Chocolate cakes are fire...Dang, I'm hungry writing this, gotta go there.
We always enjoy Brad's barbecued pork sandwich. We tried the barbecued nachos this time, and the plate was huge. Took off one star because the booth we sat in needs a good cleaning.
