The pizza is probably good when it's fresh? After almost 2 hours, I didn't actually get to try it. Appetizers took over 45 minutes and were cold. First and probably last time there. Definitely would not recommend.

Always have loved broadways & always will‼️ However, last night 11/21 was the very first time I was disappointed. The person that took my call in order was rushing through me order. Yes, it was late, 10:09pm..45 minute til order ready. Make it there minutes before 11pm, rushing me to hurry up and pay. I do understand it was almost closing time but geesh. I ordered the vegetarian pizza w/ turkey, as I’ve done often… but the veggies were in hunks, very big hunks and there was absolutely no seasoning on it. Never was asked for the condiments that’s usually accompanied with your pizza.

Came in for lunch and it wasn’t very busy however it took forever for our server to get to us and forever for the food to come out. I got the chicken tenders which came out as nuggets - that’s fine. Except the fries and chicken both tasted like they were fried in dirty oil. So much so that I was concerned what oil exactly they were frying their food in. I ate maybe like eight bites before giving up. Unfortunately that wasn’t a minuscule enough amount of food to avoid the fasted bout of food poisoning I have ever experienced, had to dive into the gift shop next door (which I highly recommend). We got the rest of the food I did not eat to go and I’m lowkey debating sending it to a lab it was that fast. Would like to note there was no reason for the oil to be that dirty considering we came in before 12 and they open at 10 so I have a suspicion that it really was OLD dirty oil. Oh well, first time there and last time too. Wish it was good, I’m shocked they’ve survived since 1977.

A great pizza from an old family restaurant. Imagine a deep dish level toppings on a crispy thin crust. Different, one of my instant favorites. I just happened to drive by & stop while in town from Texas. Worth the trip. Quality hand made ingredients. Good people

Didnt get food this time but its always delicious!! Crazy I had to wait in line 15min while the cashier talked to her ppl at the counter about not having a car at the age of 20 and not acknowledge the customers getting off work trying to grab a bite to eat. My ppl gotta do better.

Waitress is very, very sweet as pie. Good atmosphere! Good vibes! No long wait to get served! Greeted up on arrival.
Salad and pizza were a good size for the price. The salad ingredients would have been better cold and the cheese pizza was chewy and a bit bland. Our waitress was not very pleasant but the wait was not as bad as I was expecting. About 5 minutes for drinks another 10 for the salad and another 10 for the pizza. For a dine in experience it was a decent wait time. The tvs were working so that helped keep the kids entertained while we waited. Over all not a terrible experience but probably will not be ordering the pizza again.

Just left there on my lunch break. Apparently, they are short staffed in the kitchen and not telling patrons, but instead offering them drinks KNOWING the food isn't coming out any time soon. And they are out of most ingredients for their soul food, which is why we initially went. A cheeseburger took an hour to get to my table. An hour. I packed it up when the server EVENTUALLY brought boxes. Not even hungry anymore. Then they had the nerve to add automatic gratuity! I let coworkers talk me into going and I'll NEVER return. Super awful experience.

Was visiting Memphis for the weekend and wanted some pizza! OMG this place is dirty as outdoors. KEEP LOOKING FOR OTHER PLACES TO EAT! The name “Broadway Pizza” is so disrespectful to have and serve frozen pizza you add toppings too! Burnt chicken tenders! Waited 45/50 minutes for frozen pizza and burnt chicken tenders. What a waste of $60!! I had to make this review in hopes to save others some money because we sure did waste ours!
