The atmosphere is good, and the music is good, whether it’s hiphop or r&b. The waitress was professional, accommodating, and attentive. The lady bartender and waitress are loved. The place does care about their customers, as a human looks at the reviews and management follows up. The manager came by to speak with customers. However, some issues have been noted. The old fashioned drink wasn’t that great. The staff did get a receipt incorrect and misunderstood an order, leading to an overcharge. The cook’s need to pay attention to the order receipt, as one guest received someone else’s fully loaded tots instead of fries. Gratuities were already included without notice. The place is not open late and has security. ID is checked by management upon arrival. This spot is nice and chilled for a Saturday.
