Went here on Sunday for my daughters birthday. Sat in Jasmyn’s section. She forgot our drink and orders multiple times. Our food came out at all different times. The appetizers came last. The biggest order of wings, which was ordered 20 mins after the apps, came almost immediately.
The manager came over, some tiny Leprechaun looking dude in his green shirt and you could just tell this guy was stressed to the max. He also was acting like we were to blame for the food coming out wrong? No clue what’s happening there.
Go to the BWW’s off of Hack’s Cross and you’ll get a *slightly* better experience.
But seriously BDubs - you either understaff your locations or you hire the worst staff. Can’t figure out which.

I went there to have food and drinks , had to scratch the food it was cold chicken, burger and fries. The Asst. Manager on duty was very rude throwing my food on the table and walking away fast. Before I had a chance to say anything the waitress was very nice and I still gave her a tip. How can a manager get mad 😡 because he brought me cold food two times and say because I sent the food back I'm not welcome back he's so unprofessional and rude. I didn't think you'll treat a customer like that his attitude and every way he handled the situation was very unpleasant.. He will run all the good customers away with that type of bad energy... It's so sad 😢 the waitress couldn't express how rude her manager was so she wrote this on my receipt....

It was a bustling Saturday night at Buffalo Wild Wings, packed with hungry tummies and eager appetites. We settled into a cozy corner booth, bracing ourselves for what should have been an excruciatingly long wait. But then—like a hero emerging from the chaos—Cruze appeared, effortlessly delivering savory snacks and refreshing beverages with astonishing speed.
Despite the whirlwind of orders and the ever-growing demand, Cruze remained unshaken. Where others might have faltered, he thrived, tending to his patrons with unwavering poise and a smile that never wavered. It was nothing short of impressive.
Thanks to Cruze, our night at Buffalo Wild Wings was nothing less than delightful. As we indulged in perfectly crispy wings, golden-fried cheese curds, and fries that surely hailed from the finest fields of French-land, we couldn’t help but marvel at the seamless service.

I have never ordered something here that I ended up disliking. My favorite is the appetizer house sampler. Everything that comes with it is delicious but those onion rings are outstanding.
My review is mostly for the bartender Ash. She is so sweet and personable but even more importantly, she never gets an order wrong and you will never be left suffering with an empty beverage, no matter if it's water, wine, beer, or a cocktail. They are so lucky to have her.

We had a party of 12. We all ordered. There was a group of about the same size come in and get seated after our group. The other group was served before my group. The waitress had an attitude. The food was ice cold by the time we got it. We sat in the restaurant an hour before our food started coming out. 1/2 the order was right, the other 1/2 wasn't even close. Coming back will be questionable. Never saw a manager to talk to.
