Every time I order to go from this place it tells me my food will be ready at (for example) 8:00 I know they are totally incompetent so I wait till 8:15-820 to even arrive then I wait another 20 min I ask the manager what the deal is and he says they are short staffed. It’s been this way for atleast 6 months at this point and my order was 10 honey bbq boneless maybe the single most commonly ordered thing on the menu. The management sucks and this place has gone down hill big time

Just want to thank the lovely lady that helped me out on the front counter and the manager. Even though the app was messing up, they made my night. Not to mention, the food was delicious definitely will be back. The habanero wings were hitting on all cylinders.
Good grief turn the speakers down a little so a family of 5 can talk across the table and hear the waiter. Waiter said they can’t turn it down due to corporate.

First off if you are going to have an attitude while working in a restaurant then find another job. Anyways me and my friend went here I ordered the honey bbq boneless 6 piece wing with tots and also an alcoholic drink and my friend ordered a burger with fries. When I got my drink it was trash it wasn’t good at all and it was a small glass. All I tasted was the flavoring no alcohol at all. When our food came out , my wings and tots were cold they were fresh at all. They gave my friend the wrong meal . The waitress that gave us our food was extremely rude and was making comments to the other waitress. They remade my food but when they brought it out it was still just not good. The tots were a little better but the wings were hard, dry, and barely had sauce on them ! We just left because it was terrible! If I were you I would just eat at home.

In the past they were good, but now, you have to watch them we ordered and paid 38.00 dollars for our food, but they went back and charged my debit card 73.00 dollars, and had the nerve to have a nasty attitude with me, eveytime I call about my money. Will never patronize them again.

I bet the food might actually be good if I was able to try it! They refuse to serve people who are under 18, which means they will Turn away a whole group of adults because of one person forgetting their ID! Forget this place and just go to East Coast

I ordered the bogo on the phone and asked about it to make sure i was getting what i saw online. Super upset i couldve gotten the same things for so much less i spent double what i wouldve spent anywhere else and barely got enough for my kids

Went there Oct 6 to watch a game. Sat in the bar. Table was filthy. Girl brought us menus and I asked her if she could wipe off table- got an attitude instantly. Food we ordered was cold and soggy. My vodka martini tasted like olive juice and when I said something, the waitress did nothing to make it right. How do you mess up a vodka martini?Ordered a steak sandwich to go. Waited 30 min and finally went to the ck out and it was sitting there on table. Restrooms were filthy and had no paper towels!!! Unacceptable!!!! I will never step foot in BWW’s again!! I Should have read the reviews before going!!! Need new management or doors will be closing. - sad! Bartlett needs a decent sports bar!!!!!!
