The area is not great. Therefore, my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant was emaculant. A young man by the name of Otis had taken my order. I want to give him Kudos for doing an amazing job! 👏🏼👏🏼 He was very respectful, professional, and pleasant. I am sad to say this is a rare find at these establishments. Otis is an example of a superb employee. I hope you're paying him well!!!!

They are not good people you want to make your food. The customer service is very terrible and rude. One lady mangers or shift lead cuss me out before I could get in the door and said the lobby was closed at 7:30. I’ll never eat here again don’t advise anyone else until they hire a new staff . Please do something about this location or shut it down for the public sake.

I SAT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR ALMOST 15 MINUTES BEHIND ONE PERSON THEN PULLED UP FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES BE CAUSE I JUST LOVE THE BACON EGG CHEESE CROISSANT, THEN SHE TELLS ME I CAN COME IN AND ORDER?!!! I GOT THERE AT 9:57a.m. WENT IN AND HAD TO WAIT EVEN LONGER ONLY TO TELL ME THEY NOT SELLING BREAKFAST ANYMORE!!! ENFURIATED I STILL STILL GOT A WHOPPER COMBO BECAUSE I WAS HEADED TO WORK IT WASNT WHAT I HAD MY MIND SET ON BUT THE CREW GETS AN F- THE WORST BURGER KING MANAGEMENT I'VE EVER SEEN!!
