Female staff also showed no respect regarding the use of foul language. I will never return or recommend this location. The food and the service was horrible!!! This Captain D's on Union during week days at lunch is usually hot, fresh and great! However, a week ago Sunday around lunchtime the food wasn't fresh! The fish was druppy, the fries stale and the female employee at the window extremely RUDE!!! I will definitely not go there on Sunday. ?

Food was cold. They are too lazy to include cutlery condiments and napkins with your order. Couldnt even give me some butter and sour cream for my loaded baked potato. I ordered a 2 piece fish with shrimp and they left off the shrimp.

I called and all they could say is we are so sorry. So if you go make sure to check your food before leaving. Not going back this location.
