The food was freshly prepared and fast. I did not experience a long wait time for my food. I walked in, placed my order, and was out of there in 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service!
I had a great experience at this particular location. Another location was disappointing so this was quite refreshing.
What can I say this is one of my lunch spots. Fast fresh and good and hot. But the customer service is the reason I keep coming back too

Captain D's on Union is a mixed bag. Weekdays at lunch offer hot, fresh food and great service, but Sundays can be disappointing with droopy fish and stale fries. Some employees, like Caitlyn, provide amazing customer service, making customers feel welcome and appreciated. Recently, customers reported that their food was hot and well-prepared, with one mentioning the Grilled White Fish with lemon pepper seasoning as better than expected, especially when paired with steamed broccoli and rice. While the building may give the impression of a failed Long John Silver's, the service remains a highlight. One customer noted that the drive-thru attendant was very pleasant, even when there were some mistakes with the order. Despite occasional surprises like unsweetened tea, it is a convenient spot for a quick meal with generally speedy service and a friendly atmosphere.
