This is the second time this has happened. I ordered a two piece with shrimp and they left it out. When it happened a couple of months ago I vowed not to go back. I called and all they could say is we are so sorry. So if you go make sure to check your food before leaving. Not going back this location.
Caitlyn customer service was amazing! When I arrived at the window, she greeted me 1st by asking me “ How am I doing?” then asked me what would I have today!! Her attitude and tone made me feel happy to be there!! She even had a beautiful smile as I drove up to the window. She deserves a round of applause!!! The food and the service was horrible!!! This Captain D's on Union during week days at lunch is usually hot, fresh and great! However, a week ago Sunday around lunchtime the food wasn't fresh! The fish was druppy, the fries stale and the female employee at the window extremely RUDE!!! I will definitely not go there on Sunday. ?
