The cashiers need to listen just a little more when customers ordering, even though they be talking an sometimes laughing with the customers. The cashiers just have to make sure the get the complete order right.Other than that the cashiers makes the customer whole day.Keep up the good work and progress.

I usually go to the one in Olive Branch but they were not doing curbside today. I’ll say this location has upped their standards. The food came out quick, the young man asked me if I double check my order with him there to make sure there’s nothing missing and my coffee was perfect! Job well done!!

3rd time going since I moved this way, the first two times they were rude and very playful. I get to the window today (3rd time) nobody spoke back had an attitude I asked for condiments. I don’t know if they forgot chick fil a hold a higher standard from other fast foods place but this was not it. I’ll just take a longer drive to OB or Southaven Chick-fil-A instead.

I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes, to make it half way to where you place your order. Thankfully, I was able to exit the line and leave before ordering, or I would have been late for my appointment.

I’m definitely appreciative that they put this here because everywhere else to eat around here is terrible, But just like everything else in a not so great part of town, even chick fil a is lacking here. The kids out taking orders were cussing and joking around, my order was wrong. I’ve never had Chick-fil-A mess up an order of mine ever Anywhere else. Just not the same quality of town and can’t produce the same quality of product in my opinion.

This location is slowing turning into “Popeyes energy” every time I visit…which is seldom because of the hoodrat energy and the increasingly long wait time for simple menu items. A bag of ice. I shouldn’t have to wait extremely long for a simple bag of ice and then have to wait even longer and be told to pull up to wait for the bag of ice while the talk, joke, jump around and play like me, my time and my order don’t even matter. The customer service and productivity has increasingly declined, in my opinion.

03/19/24Ordered a regular and a spicy chicken sandwich both with different cheeses. The cheeses were on the opposite sandwich. The order was put in the system correctly though.9/28/23Ordered Cobb salad with extra spicy filet on the side. Get home and inside the red spicy bag is a regular chicken filet.You better check your order before you leave, I'll guarantee something is missing or incorrect.
