Food was good and they're friendly but ive had much better service elsewhere. Play area wasn't open and we only went for that. 👎 smaller than others. I'd much rather go to Southaven its big, and their service is the best I've ever had, playground is great too.

I came through the Drive-thru this morning and placed an order. When I got to the window I told the young lady I didn’t need a cup holder, she proceeded to snatch the drinks out of the cup holder and shove them into my hands. After that, she asked me to pull into a parking space which I did. When she came I asked her for her name And she proceeded to say “Why? Why? No” and she walked away. I went back in to return the food and the manager acted as if it was nothing. Very bad experience at this Chick-fil-A a. I don’t recommend going here. As a fellow Chick-fil-A employee they lack putting the customer first and kindness.

I love this chick fil a, we come often... only reason for the low rating is because they took out the play area..WHY???? 👎😢 my kids loved this chick fila, so close and it was such an awesome place to eat and play...

Everytime I've been here for the past few months, there have been items missing or the wrong food is in the bag. My coworkers and I usually order delivery or do curbside for ourselves for breakfast, and we do not have the chance to come back and fix the order. Can't get a refund unless we go there physically so we end up wasting money. Curbside takes forever and needs direction and management. A girl yesterday working curbside was entirely confused and walking around like she had no idea what she was doing. Are you even training people properly?....

Went here during lunch rush. I went through the drive thru. The order taker was excellent. The young man who took our cash not so much. Gave us back the wrong amount of change short $6. We had no sauce in our bags although they showed on our receipt as having been added to the order. Was made to get out and park to go inside and get the missing sauce… what should have been 10 minute experience turned into 25 minutes.
I waited an HOUR for a curbside order. That should never be acceptable. They only had one nice man taking the food out to cars. He needed more help for how busy it was! That is something management needs to be seriously considering. If you go here, do not do curbside.
