Though Chick-Fil-A has delicious food, its team fails time and time again to get orders correctly when placed through the drive-through. Not only that, but I cannot place an order for 3+ meals without them missing something. It’s frustrating because it’s once I’m home that I discover that I didn’t receive food I paid for. I would not have written a negative review of the service had this not been a recurrent issue. Very disappointed with this location on Highway 64.

Well, once again the Chic fil a location at hwy 64 and 177, Germantown Rd can not get an order correct. I’ve ordered a sausage egg and cheese muffin and I got a biscuit. I ordered a chicken biscuit and I got a spicy chicken biscuit. Close but not correct.

Please learn how to filet the chicken. Everytime I go to this location i get a piece of chicken that has tendon in it.
The food was amazing and the costumer service was one of the best. The fry's are so good I could eat them all day!! I got an 12 count with a medium fry and the chick was so good. It is a great place for family's and the best part is that it is a Christian restaurant. I just want to thank Chick-fil-a for an amazing lunch and I will come here any times in the future!!!

Management as well as the general management of the Wolfchase Galleria location are stating that they do not start online orders until people arrive for pickup; this completely defeats the purpose of an online order.The location should either shutdown online operations or do them properly.While the manager on duty was polite and tried to explain, the general manager of this location was extremely rude from the moment I spoke to her.

This is not the chick fa la standards. The countertops are dirty, no one seems to be doing anything but talking and being rude. No one is even trying, was 3rd person to order and took 10 minutes to order, and 10 more minutes to get a sandwich. While 1 person is cleaning out the ice
