I have been getting delivery orders from this Chilis for several years, with few probs. The last two times prior to this, they have left off my cup cup of soup, which, while annoying, wasn’t a big deal. Last night, however, they left off three items, didn’t include salad dressing for the salad, and our big mouth burgers were one burger cut into quarters-not the same thing at all. To say my experience was bad would an understatement. I waited over an hour past my pick up time. I flagged someone down for them to never return, I called three times just for the phone to ring until it hung up, I had to go inside after forty minutes for them to tell me the tacos weren’t ready, another twenty minutes later the food came, no apology, no acknowledgement, no customer service, no nothing.
