yall have to stop sending cooks and other staff home before your lunch rush. To speed up table times, you could have the hostess get the drinks sent to the servers expo, and take any app orders if there are any. The two times ive been, apps come out late, drinks came with the food. 1 table-member will always receive their food before the rest of the table, causing it to get cold while they wait on the rest of the table to receive their food.

We are in town from Oklahoma and there were not too many breakfast places on the map. MEMPHIS!!! You guys are sleeping on this place! We brought our three teenage girls to eat before going to Graceland and it was amazing! They had specialty coffee and an awesome menus to pick from. The food was hot coming out and our waitress was awesome. I’m so glad I didn’t read the reviews before we got here because everything was perfect! Thank you LaTera!
My family and I typically enjoy eating at the Southaven, Ms location, however today was not a good experience. It was not busy and our server brought drinks, took our order, and DISAPPEARED!!Then the food comes out, COLD and DISGUSTING. The runner took it and warmed it, SUPPOSEDLY. It was brought back, inedible! The runner got an attitude when he was asked to have the kitchen make it over. Staks Kitchen - East Memphis offers a wonderful experience with great food and top notch service. The beignets are amazing, and the pancakes are out of this world and melt in your mouth goodness. The lemon berry pancakes are beyond delicious, and everything is fresh and hot. The chicken sausage is very good quality and tasty. The shrimp bechamel is also amazing. The coffees are made with such love and care. The staff is wonderful, with servers who are sweet, friendly, helpful, funny, professional, kind, and attentive. They are knowledgeable about the entire menu and provide 10/10 service. The atmosphere is beautiful with soft music. Guests are greeted the moment they enter and immediately seated. The restaurant handled a large sudden party with ease. Come for the food and come again to hang out with friends.
