They have truly stepped it up. The time before this last time, we were quite disappointed. The place was cleaner, the service was great, and the staff appeared as though they wanted to work there. The food and drinks were good. And as always, the prices were very reasonable. We can start going back there again now.

Took a verrrrrrrrrry long time to be waited on, orders taken, food brought and check. All this pretty much ruined an otherwise awesome experience.
I did curbside on Friday for lunch and got the chicken bacon avocado sandwich and texas cheese fries. The sandwich was half a sandwich not a full one and had no avocado on it. The chicken was also cold. The texas cheese fries tasted old and terrible and had no bacon and the cheese tasted old too. It was disheartening to spend money on a meal that was not as advertised.

In the past, this Chili's food was the bomb. This last visit, the food and service was lacking. The server seemed to be irritated and the food was lacking. I do give props to the manager where she was performing 3 jobs as they were shorthand.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My Mom and I went in and it was not busy. The male server acted as if he didn’t want to wait on us. He took our order and we decided to Order bar drinks and he was aggravated we did. So he went and had a conversation with the bartender who kept looking in our direction and made us feel uncomfortable so we got up and just left! NEVER WILL WE RETURN HERE!! We have never been so disrespected at an eating establishment before today.

Bad experience all around. Took the hostess forever to come to her post, when she finally does she seats us and takes our drink order. The waiter comes around to introduce himself and take our order about 15 minutes later. We wait an hour and still hadn’t received our appetizer. We had to ask him to check on it for us and only then did we receive it. After an hour and a half we still hadn’t received our order, but guests who came after us had and not once did he say let me go check on your order. At this point, we had enough and ask to speak to the manager. I don’t even remember the waiter’s name because he only came to the table twice, but he was a brunette with glasses. This use to be our favorite location, but we definitely won’t be patronizing here anymore.

This has to be one of the worst locations! Waited over 10 minutes and was never greeted or serviced! Manager walking around more concerned with wiping tables off versus making sure that the patrons seated are being serviced!
