Lee you were absolutely fantastic tonight! Your service and commitment to making sure we had a good experience was unmatched. Some of the best customer I've dealt with since returning home after being gone for 10 years. Your displayed great professionalism unlike some of your other colleagues (regardless of their position or title). If we decide to come back I most definitely won't enter unless you are present. We were seated and once we were seated , our server wasn’t doing anything but standing around. We didn’t even receive our water but the table next to us was given water. No one came to take our order . It’s like we were invisible or something . No thank

In the past, this Chili's food was the bomb. This last visit, the food and service was lacking. The server seemed to be irritated and the food was lacking. I do give props to the manager where she was performing 3 jobs as they were shorthand.
