Me and my wife stopped in at the Chili's on Germantown Pkwy in Cordova on 2/23/26 at around 4:00 for a early dinner. We got seated but never was waited on no drinks, not that someone will be with you shortly nothing so we waited 10 mins and I finally told my wife let's go Mind you they wasen't busy either. Awful service. Had no refills. Asked 3 separate times. Waited an hour for a Togo order while dining in. Gaslighting and rude server. Just go anywhere else.
Takeout food was just terrible. Ribs sauce tasted like catsup. Rotten black mushy street corn. Chicken old and dry.
No condiments at all. This food was Just thrown in one take out plate. Messy. We could not eat it. And this was $50.00. I think they are farming out the delivery food. And they don’t care what you get. I’m done.

The ipads at the table make checking out way more easier and faster. However, some guests noted that the host sat them in the middle of the room, which was awkward. Also, for takeout, the cajun pasta was spread in a layer over the bottom of the box so both looked to be a bit less than they should've, and only one came with garlic bread. Overall, the food is good but a bit more and the bread would've been nice.
