“To James M.- it’s absolutely obvious why they (along with a few other restaurants) have added the 20 percent onto your check. Take a look around. No one is going to stay staffed when servers are getting two dollars despite what the bill is. Absolutely necessary. I live in Nashville and it is obvious.“

“We were there in the middle of the church rush on Sunday. People were lined up to the door. But, service was fast. I ordered chicken fajitas and they were amazing. My only complaint is that I have to drive all the way to Memphis for Swanky's. Pleeeeeease bring one to Jackson TN.“

“Decided last minute to order Chili's for dinner and it was absolutely amazing! Everything we ordered was great! Can't wait to go back for a dine-in experience! I also called to speak with the manager (Sara/Sarah), forgive me if it's misspelled, to brag on her crew and to let her know how amazing everything was! Will definitely be getting more soon!“

“This location was great!!! Our waiter was AMAZING! For this being his first time on the floor by himself he did great!!! Went came around 1oclock and the guy waiting to the left of the restaurant! I can’t recall his name but he did so well!! The entire staff was so nice and the overall experience was very pleasant!!!“
