“To James M.- it’s absolutely obvious why they (along with a few other restaurants) have added the 20 percent onto your check. Take a look around. No one is going to stay staffed when servers are getting two dollars despite what the bill is. Absolutely necessary. I live in Nashville and it is obvious.“

“We were there in the middle of the church rush on Sunday. People were lined up to the door. But, service was fast. I ordered chicken fajitas and they were amazing. My only complaint is that I have to drive all the way to Memphis for Swanky's. Pleeeeeease bring one to Jackson TN.“

I didn’t have to ask for napkins! Kudos!!
I didn’t need to request for refill, she noticed my cup and asked if I needed a refill.
She assisted with the kiosk…

“Alex and Nash made this visit the best experience we’ve ever had at Chili’s. Alex checked in on us frequently to make sure we had everything we wanted. He went above and beyond to take care of us!
