Been loyal to swankys for years, and the food and service has slowly declined over past few months. First- the hostess actually yelled at us that we would just have wait a while for our order, we hadn’t said a word, just waiting patiently to be assisted. It wasn’t even that busy, which should tell you something. We finally get our to go online order. Should have checked it before we left, cause it was all wrong. We were there in the middle of the church rush on Sunday. People were lined up to the door. But, service was fast. I ordered chicken fajitas and they were amazing. My only complaint is that I have to drive all the way to Memphis for Swanky's. Pleeeeeease bring one to Jackson TN.
