On my visit, staff repeatedly talked in the background while taking my drive-thru order. I had to repeat myself 3 times because of this. Once I arrived at the window & received my order, I checked my order before leaving. Condiments were not put into my order as previously communicated. As I attempted to get the attention of staff to reask for condiments, they just looked me as if I wasn't trying to get their attention. Once I did get the person at the window's...

The tenders and French fries were freshly cook. Ty the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. The apple pies did not have icing on them like the ones in St. Louis. Overall a good experience

I waited 15-18min in the front for fresh chicken & it still came out cold, I didn't get the jalapeño biscuit, nor the hot sauce that was supposed to come with it; very disappointed!
