Cici's Pizza is always a great family friendly option and I wouldn't normally review a chain place but I have to say this location was absolutely on top of their quality of service and the restaurant was so clean. Everyone checked in on us and were extremely kind, the woman who checked us in, the manager working the floor, and the man bussing the tables. All amazing and appreciated!!

A black woman on 11/11/25 in the Plaza store in Memphis told me I could not sit in the dining area unless I spent a.certain amount.....I had not even put in my order when she asked me if I was with the gentleman in front of me.....He was white and I am a fair skinned black woman...I was NOT with him. She also mentioned they had a 55 and over done in price ........I asked her if she was still in the 60's....Then the manager came out and he seemed to not know much either......This occured about 2::30 pm on the above date...I told both of them I would NOT be back...

I honestly regret coming here. The pizza I got looked and tasted so bad that I couldn’t even finish it. What made it worse was how dismissive and rude the manager was when I tried to express my concern. It really made me question how this place is run. I would never recommend it, especially if you care about cleanliness and respectful service.

It's not as good as it used to be. I don't think I will be back. I don't feel like it was worth the money for the food and service. Could have taken the family somewhere nicer.
Went there after church Sunday and as soon as I pulled up....I could tell something was different. Someone was outside cleaning the glass windows, which made me more eager to go inside. The food was delicious and fresh and the store manager was amazing.
Go check them out, the place is under different management and you can tell!

Not from the area at all traveled to take our kids to the zoo and figured we stop by cici’s while here since we don’t have one in Jonesboro .. long story short the food was AMAZING & FRESH !! The staff was super friendly considering it was very busy and lots of kids running around . We never had a chance to ask them to put something on the buffet before you knew it the pizza was coming out the oven everytime that we wanted lol . Overall experience 10000/10 we will be back again with our children!
