First time dining here, we went around 5pm, no wait. Our server Jewel was amazing! She was friendly, got everything right, and just a pleasant personality and energy!! The entrees were good, rolls just ok, queso, just ok. My only complaint would be the margarita I had. It wasn't good, tasted like a cheap mix was used and didn't have much flavor or alcohol. Overall, it was a good experience.

If you're looking for a good steak this is the place. Friendly and accommodating service Booth cushions are worn and could use updating.
Its gone down since first opening. Food is just okay. Ribs are not great. On a positive note the bartender is very attentive.

Terrible food and service.. paid cash with $100 and they thought it was a fake.. it took them over 30 minutes to figure out it wasn't.. they apologized half heartedly and gave me a coupon for a free appetizer

I ordered the filet mignon, cooked medium. It was over cooked but was still very tender and tasty! The service was very good, our waiter was nice and friendly.

Food and service was not good. The fried okra and fried shrimp were cooked in catfish grease. The kitchen lost our ticket,and we had to wait an extended time to get our order. The rolls were overcooked and I was unable to get the meat I wanted because they out of 6 ounce and 9 ounce sirloin. The kitchen shut the fryer down early so I was unable to get my to go order. The alcoholic drinks were not good either. The restaurant was too cold. It was 40 degrees outside and the air and ceiling fans were on.

The customer service is HORRIBLE, the manager Joe was so rude and very unprofessional, he asked me what was wrong with my order as I was explaining he walked off midway through me talking. The restroom needed some attention, and the staff was scared to tell me the manager's name as if they would get in trouble or something. The waitress was nice and apologic. Second time visiting and each time was HORRIBLE!!!!! If you're looking for cold food and HORRIBLE customer service then Colton's Steakhouse and Grill in Bartlett TN is the place to go!!!

During a snow storm and extremely understaffed, that crew made miracles! They were nice, patient and food was incredible!
I had the worst "first" time experience in Togo Saturday January 27. Placed order at 5:30pm, arrived at 6:10pm, girl A came to greet me asked me was a certain order mine then went back inside, girl A came back 6:20 asking me was that same order mine, I again told her no and she goes oh I dont see your order and leaves again, 6:30 girl B comes asks me if the same order girl A been asking was mine, I said no, showed her my confirmation email and she goes well the kitchen is backed up and left. Meanwhile two cars pull up togo gets their order and left while im waiting. 6:45 I go inside to just cancel at this point. Girl A goes your order is being bag up now and she goes in the kitchen, she returns with girl B and two other employees, now im looking at my order on their tablet looking as if its been fulfilled. An older Lady comes out and uses the verbiage "we never put your order in so you was not charged" then she goes "its on you not us" then insinuates after I submitted my order online I must have done something for them not to entered it, thats when I go from partially upset to pissed because how do you tell the customer its on them and not the store issue. Then she ask if I can cancel the order on my end. I was like no, she went back in forth between you haven't been charged to we are issuing a refund. So girl A telling my order was ready was not true. They didn't care to attempt to rectify the issue, not a care in the world. I was too distraught to ask for names, as someone who worked in customer service 15yrs I will never tell a customer its their fault even if it is just rectify! Well that will be my last visit.

If it wasn't kevin here today ,this place would probably close down. This guy should a manager or more. Food not so good half the steak was fat. They were out of a lot of food too. If I could give 5 stars for Kevin I would but the restaurant no stars

Tiffany good waitress, best this about this place was me leaving, table greasy, floor had enough grease to cook with, food SUCKED, Pork chop no seasoning, ask for 2 they only had 1, no baked potatos but the Potato skins was over cooked bacon on it over cooked, oh no chives on it, worst thing was the yelling in the kitchen if that man in the kitchen yelled at me like he did someone on my jobsite he be looking for a new job wow just so fail here.

My in-laws and I came here with my husband a few weeks ago for lunch. There were very few people in the restaurant and we were seated near the bar.Our hostess was brand new, and it appeared they only had one server, but she did an amazing job despite appearing stressed out. The food itself was okay, nothing too special. My family said their food was okay.I ordered the Smoked Turkey Sandwich. I was very surprised it came out hot! I wish the menu specified that it was hot, because I wouldn't have ordered it if that was the case.Everything was decent and fresh, but their water tastes very funny so make sure to avoid getting water to drink.

Came in and order a 16oz ribeye medium rare steak was over cooked and BURNT I can’t express enough how BURNT the steak was and no seasoning whatsoever no salt pepper nothing. Then my friend had at sirloin medium well it came out BURNT not seasoned and it was cooked so well done we could barely cut through it they waitresses was nice but the food respectfully the worst steakhouse in Memphis!!
