Food is great. Service is hit or miss the few times I've been in here. Last time the younger man operating the counter was great. I didn't catch his name but he had a great attitude.
The food was just okay, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. The young lady who took my order was unbelievably rude. I don’t even eat at Cookout—this was my very first time—and when I simply asked what came on the burger, she practically snapped at me. She rushed me through my entire order and acted irritated when I reminded her about the ranch dressing I had already requested for my nuggets.

Service was quick, menu is packed with options. Prices have raised about $3 since I've last been, but that is understandable with economy/inflation.
Plenty of seating. Restaurant sitting area was clean as well as the restrooms.
Food still tasted great. Milkshakes were soo good...still sooo many options to choose...
