My favorite BBQ joint in Memphis. Absolutely love their potato salad. Just ordered a 1/3 slab of ribs. Quite happy with my decision…now how my waistline feels…potentially different story.
This place was amazing!! Went there for a week, ended up going there twice. The dry rub was to die for, and everyone there was super friendly. I bought t-shirts, and when I got home, the shirts still smelled like smoked meat...it was good they may never get washed! Lol
A family member recommended we try Corky's Ribs & BBQ and I’m glad we did. I ordered the BBQ Pulled Chicken Dinner along with the complementary Fresh Baked Rolls. The pulled chicken was seasoned perfectly, tender and flavorful, and the rolls were warm, fresh, and absolutely tasty.
