Personally, my son and I will not go to any other Taco Bell but the one on Estate in East Memphis. Not only is the order always made correctly and goooodd to eat..but the customer service is the tops! I do drivethru and they always have me leaving laughing and smiling. Kudos to their team ? and sweet daddy manager. ?
Pulled in drive thru after work. Young man employee out back by drive thru menu smoking weed. As I pulled around he also walks by, goes inside and prepare food. He does not washes his hands (I'm watching in my car). I told cashier at window. She had to tell him to wash his hands so I can see him wash it. Smh

I went to drive thru & the gal that took my order & gave me my order A+ to her ! About the food well I ordered 3 hard shell tacos & 1 was very broken! The nachos would of been better but very very little cheese sauce in container! I gave 2* because of very broken taco shell which IMO there was no way that wasn't noticed before making the taco & because very very little cheese sauce!!! I doubt very seriously that I will return!Parking: Lots of spaces!
