I went to drive thru & the gal that took my order & gave me my order A+ to her ! About the food well I ordered 3 hard shell tacos & 1 was very broken! The nachos would of been better but very very little cheese sauce in container! I gave 2* because of very broken taco shell which IMO there was no way that wasn't noticed before making the taco & because very very little cheese sauce!!! I doubt very seriously that I will return!Parking: Lots of spaces!

I'm trying to pick up my mobile order and I pull up to the window and they will not give me my food and are trying to make me go get back in line that's completely wrapped around the building and into the street. The short haired girl working on the food line is extremely rude and disrespectful plus some other things.Update: I went back around for the 3rd time and this time they said I had to go back through the line again because all I said was I have an order to pickup and they said ok but when I get to the window because I didn't say the customer's name I just said I had an order to pick up they're trying to make me go back through the line again this is crazy that you treat your customers like this and I know why I'm being treated like this and then they threatened to call the cops on me but Taco Bell's the one stealing from the customer that's paid for the food but you won't give it to me That's stealing so you may want to tell the people you have working at Taco Bell on estate drive in Memphis Tennessee it's not very smart to threaten people when you're in the wrong You're stealing from me and to think this is all over me not saying a name at the box I think there's a lot more to this she's got a problem with me because I'm different from her she literally stood there and argued with me through the window about giving me the customer's food that had paid for it and just kept telling me to call Carl her GM I asked for her name but of course she's too scared to give it to me if you aren't doing anything wrong and you have nothing to hide why won't you give me your name because you're a liar and you had a problem with me since I pulled up to that window to get that food I've never seen anything just so disrespectful and immature

By far the worst restaurant in memphis.They NEVER have enough employees to have the dinning room open.The food is never the correct ammount.The problem isCARLJennMelissaEspecially the area Manager :Brandy JacksonShe would rather keep the store open and make the entire experience awful for any customers.The food is for pigs and the employees know they can treat their customers like pigs aswell.There are better restaurants in the area.This place is a joke and they will mess with your food.Kid-friendliness: Zero kid friendly, they do not open the dinning room. They will make you wait 20 minutes in line or no taco bell for you

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. My friend and I waited for nearly an hour and the two employees never once would even speak to us nor serve us. It s baffling they still have a position.. I'm submitting a brief video anonymously to region and the manager as well. Hopefully anyone looking at the reviews will not attempt to eat here later in the evening while these specific employees are working. I recommend no one eat or work at 911Estate and poplar TacoBell.Carl Grey and all the managers morning and night drop food on the floor and resale it talking about food loss..and also take employees hours...He also hires his on family and they are stealing and put it on you. We have seen managers spit in customers who have a attitude food Please stay away from this place they need to be close downMARK is the district manager smh

This was terrible. I paid an extra 15$ for 5 Meximelts by adding beef and pico de gallo to a cheesy rollup and I open it up and all of them are just cheesy rollups so I paid 15 for nothing. When the manager is there the service is great, but when she is not, it is downright terrible. I also got almost to no chicken on my chalupa. Disappointing to say the least.

Personally, my son and I will not go to any other Taco Bell but the one on Estate in East Memphis. Not only is the order always made correctly and goooodd to eat..but the customer service is the tops! I do drivethru and they always have me leaving laughing and smiling. Kudos to their team ? and sweet daddy manager. ?

We waited 10 minutes in the lobby and no one cared to take our order. We tried the kiosk, but couldn’t find what we wanted on the menu. They saw us, but hid behind the work stations never looking up. Sad!

I ordered a combo with a large drink. Did not have large drinks. Order Cinnabon delight. Did not tell me they were unavailable. Had to google it to find out they are only available at breakfast. No apologies for either. Nothing on the desert. No money back. I guess this location is off my list.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme meal and there was a very very small amount of beef in the wrap to the point where it was pretty much just filled with veggies. The taco that the meal came with had a very small amount of beef as well. This is not right and businesses shouldn’t operate like this.

I stood inside for five minutes, watching for people behind the counter. One man was taking orders for the drive-through and one woman was preparing food. There was another person that wouldn’t quit playing with the dry erase markers on the whiteboard, and I’m not sure what the other guy was doing. No one tried to take my order and chose to watch me standing there without saying a word to me. Eventually, the man taking the orders, pointed to the kiosk behind me and asked me if I had already placed my order on the kiosk. I told him that I preferred not to do that and wanted to deal with a person, so as not to have my order messed up. He ignored me and turned around. Not going to spend my money here.
