My fiancé and I stopped here after hearing so much positive feedback about the BBQ and now, we can add to it. We got a slab of ribs, smoke sausage, potato salad, and baked beans. The ribs were tender and smoked just right, fall off the bones. Potato salad was good, could’ve used a little more pickle relish but still amazing. All the meats were fantastic, ribs and rib tips especially. The beans have a really nice unique flavor I couldn't put my finger on, but very good.
I'm used to fairly expensive Texas BBQ, so I found CC to be very affordable, sandwiches and sandwich plates are very fairly priced. I think I spent about $32 or so, plus I grabbed a sliced pork...
