Honestly 💓 I actually enjoy the dessert shop but they need to sell beverages not just only cookies 🍪 anyways I still like it a lot.

I ordered the 6-pack from Crumbl the week of July 7th, and overall, it was a great treat! I tried the Molten Lava, Brookie, and Milk Chocolate Chip (we got two of those) — all soft, fresh, and full of flavor. The Molten Lava was my personal favorite — rich and gooey in the best way.
I didn’t get to try the Raspberry Cupcake or Biscoff Cheesecake because my kids and their daddy got to them first (they clearly approved 😂). Looking forward to trying those next time. Definitely worth the visit!

The customer service wasn't pleasant at all here. When we entered, the guy spoke but that was it. We were first time customers so we went in blindly. No one assisted us, the guy in the front just kept making orders, never once asking if we needed help ordering. After a couple of minutes we figured out how to order. We paid & waited for our order which was prompt but still nothing was said to us. We were handed our cookies and we left. Rude is definitely an understatement but the cookies did not disappoint. I will definitely return, I'm hoping that the customer service will be a little better.

I love crumbl I go the weeks something catches my eye on the app. The environment at this store is welcoming, an the service is always fast. Cookies are always fresh an delicious every time the key lime pie cookies is THE BEST FYI!!!
