This is the second time I have gotten wings from this location and the wings were inedible. I got honey gold and the sauce and chicken was old. I got the fish and wings special.

I’m not sure why they chose to mix the wing sauce with a thicker consistency, maybe tomatoe sauce or ketchup and proceed to POUR IT OVER MY WINGS.. No no no..I couldn’t even eat it, but my daughter wiped them of ate them. Geeeeeesssh… she had to take them out of the original container.

Service is very slow. I placed my order 20 minutes ago and still haven't received my order. I ordered a hamburger, like how long does it take to cook a patty ? Definitely won't be back.

I would not recommend this place to anyone until they change out their cashier. I had the worse experience there recently and I can't say that I didn't see that coming.I was totally disrespected as a customer and how she proceeded to escalate the situation by continuing it in front of other customers and staff. All due to her not hearing me say that I had two orders. She proceeded to berate me by saying I was on the phone and not paying her any attention. While other customers during my visit had Bluetooth earpieces in and others holding a phone to their head, she said nothing to them. Yet I was the straw that broke the camels back for her that day.My first encounter with this cashier didn't fair well either. She grew frustrated due to her trying to multi-task and not succeeding in that. When she finally finished and was ready to take my order after having me wait for 15 minutes, her attitude was not welcoming and more than anything giving the vibes to show good customer service. Which is low bar to achieved if she just put forth the effort.Back to my recent visit, My food was cold along with the food not tasting right. This is due to her trying to multi-task instead of of completing one task out and moving to the next.If I was the manager or owner, I would review the camera footage for a visit on Friday Nov 3rd 2023 at 8pm CST to view what I'm referring to.

Had honey hot and honey gold lemon pepper wings. Food was okay but I’m used to Crumpys being fye. Everybody was cool and it’s a friendly atmosphere. This was my first time at this location I usually go to the one on Dunlap, but I didn’t feel like driving all the way down there. Next time, I’ll just make the drive to Dunlap.

The food was firee. I got the 6 piece lemon pepper wings w/ fries and it comes with bread. Waited 20 minutes for my order but it was worth it.

The "manager" was VERY RUDE... asking me what did I want him to do & I should've looked @ my food! Then he said I should have tasted the food!!! His attitude was sooo horrible! I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY & I WONT TOLERATE BAD FOOD & EVEN WORSE SERVICE!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!*** 0 STARS***

The food is always fresh hot and delicious I can’t deny y’all on that I love crumpys lol. But it’s always that black older lady with the glasses and bad wigs that works on day shift always having a bad attitude and being rude. She also always has her lil girl in there which is very unprofessional. The young girl that works nights always so nice and sweet total opposite of the mad day shift lady. I eat up there almost twice a week but she really makes me hate coming during the day. Y’all need to check y’all workers attitude before it starts effecting your business.
