Very good food, especially when the wings are made to order and not wings that have dried out and sold. Please Stop cooking too many wings at one time, then holding wings in fryer baskets. The hot grease continuously cooks the wings and dries them out; Then you serve them anyway so that you won't have high food cost.
All I know is those cooks prepared my food with love! LOL. Fresh and fried the way I like it. He made sure that I wanted fried hard and assured me that crispy would do the trick and it did! Thank ya!
