In my own experience they owned up to mistakes and made things right.
If you want you food cook fresh they will cook it fresh. I was given the wrong order once they corrected my order and told me to keep the wrong order also. So for I have never had a real bad experience with them.
I had a large Americano which turned into a latte. I Went to go pick up my mobile order and the food was fine as usual; but I didn’t realize that they gave me JUST a large coffee rather than what I paid for.
Mind you the coffee is $6 after I added everything, so of course I’m going back up there.

Despite these issues, some staff members have shown exceptional customer service, such as a drive-through attendant who turned a negative experience into a positive one with a friendly joke. This staff member, Kareem, is praised for being friendly, punctual, and diligent, making him stand out as a professional. Overall, McDonald's has its ups and downs, but some employees make a notable difference.
