To Reva Donaldson today at 10 am. Your supervisor. Black slim girl with. Dreads and tats I ordered my food for. Pick up. I went to store. It was locked. A kid opens up. And tells me. My mom said we not open yet. Then his mom comes to door saying I have to go through the line to get food but I ordered pick up she refused to give my food that I already paid for refused a refund and when I said I was going to. Report this she proceeds to walk away and flick me off while my children are in my car. I will not stop until she is fired. This is wrong on so many levels she said her name is Amy. But I know she is lying. Get back. To me. Ms Reva so I don’t have to take this to the next step

Why would you not do background checks on your employees? You had a guy with extensive criminal history working the cash register taking photos of customer credit cards. He had been arrested for attempted murder, felon with a gun and at least 4 arrest in the last 5 years for stealing from several businesses and customers. In my opinion this could be a pretty good lawsuit against your company for failure to do proper background checks.

I work nearby, and due , and when I get to the window, have to order again I made it to work with less than five minutes to spare before clock in time.to the weather the might before, I had to Lyft in. Instead of going to work, I asked to be let out there, and at 745 am Sunday,c29 January, am told that the lobby is not open Why? Not enough workers.I walk the 4 blocks, return, and place my order.The order never got closed out

We waited around 40 minutes or so for our 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns and when we finally got iOur order they forgot our jelly and one of our sandwiches, so had to wait an additional 10 mins or so...You would think drive-thru people would be courteous enough to think about the fact that your trying to drive thru and get food to-go real quick. Such a simple task but yet people are just that dumb and selfish... multiple drive-thrus are like that nowadays but McDonald's is one of the worse no fail. I honestly wish they would all go out of business. Would make my life easier not to have to worry about if I might be served correctly for once.Kid-friendliness: No playground ?????????

I had an online order to pick up on Summ6I arrived and was told they didn't care how I ordered my food I wasn't getting served because they weren't going to open, I told the lady I have already paid and can't cancel it because the app doesn't allow 6. I was frazzled came here and the staff couldn't help me cancel but I was served they were nice and 5calmed down.
