We waited 30+ minutes for menus and another 25 for waiter … We only got menus for stopping a random person and asking for them . Our food came our almost a hour after ordering it .This was definitely our last time coming to this place because the customer service sucks …

Bar customer service was amazing but the kitchen should be ashamed for serving these avocado slices on a beyond burger. This doesn’t even look edible. Yes avocado does brown but this is unacceptable.

HORRIBLE customer service! Had to send our order back 3 times! Waiter had an attitude. Fries was cold , lemonade tasted like lemon water no sugar was added . Waiter didn’t have a pen or paper to write down our order which is why everything we ordered was wrong !

Just like every other Dave and Busters. Consistent with every other location I've ever been to. Staff is friendly, food is decent. Lots of games. Great place for adults and to bring kids for a fun evening.
The food was great. The wait time was a little long, but there was a big crowd. The gaming area was fun. No long waits. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

The place was clean and the waitress was great. Our only issue was dirty dishes. Even the water glasses looked like they had been handled with dirty hands. We only got appetizers and they were all good, hot and seemed fresh. We brought our own cake in and had to eat it on napkins because the plates they brought were all dirty so we put the cake on napkins then on the plate and asked to take out utensils. We complained and they didn't seem to care much. Other than that it was fun and all of the games worked. Unlike incredible pizza.

Food's spicy, lost my wallet, they found it! Not a bad location. The ladies restroom could have been cleaner, and I recommend making a reservation, fun times though.
