Horrible wings! Who would even serve these? Even the fries were dry. It angers me because 5 wings are 13.00 and doesn't include fries. My total was 17.00 and every wing was dry and hard. I could only eat the flat . Very upsetting

Chicken had a taste of being fried in old grease. The young lady behind the counter was very pleasant and had great customer service . Apologize for the long wait for our order. The restaurant condition was dirty, dust on walls, dirty tables and a lot of dirt on floor. Perhaps they were short staff. This was around 5:30 in the evening on a weekday and was not crowded. I’ve had wings here before, but never had them taste so badly. Totally disappointed.

The short lady with the braids at the cash register has the worse attitude. First time ever meeting this lady, I asked one (1) question and she had an attitude and rolled her eyes. Garbage.

I made an order through uber eats recently. With so many wing places in Memphis, I realized I had never had Dbo's, so this was actually my first time. (Yeah, I know) I ordered a 5 pc whole wing - lemon pepper flavored. The wings were still piping hot despite the location being 7 miles away, plus whatever time it took for the driver to pick them up and deliver them to me. They were super seasoned, and they gave me a realistic amount of ranch dipping cups. I also ordered a regular side of fried okra and it was seasoned well, probably the best okra I've had in Memphis so far. And, it was the smaller size, but still happened to be a big portion. Was only able to finish half of it. In my opinion its a good amount of food for the price. The wings aren't puny, they were pretty big. Everything tasted great! Will definitely add this to my top wing spots. Hope its consistent. If nothing else, I'm fasho going back for that okra.

I placed an ordered online and literally had to wait a whole hour for my food. Which I knew they were going to be slow, the pickup time stated 20minutes. I was expecting to wait 30 to 40 minutes. After I inquired about my food, some man that the lady claimed to be the manager came out talking about I can wait hours for hours and don't ask about my food again. Around 8 something, the man comes from the back again and hands me my food. Mind you the wings and fries had been sitting at the counter for 15 minutes and no one said anything. I told the "manager" that my good had been sitting there and I didn't want it to give me a refund. He stated that they do not do refunds and was saying my food was still hot. When clearly my fries are cold. They wings were warm but not hot. Bad customer service!
Went to get the lunch special. The chicken was so hard I could not chew it. The fries were cold. The chicken did not taste fresh nor was it hot please do better. The best thing was the fountain drink.

Not a customer but an UberEats driver. I have never been able to successfully complete a delivery from here, as the orders are never ready but are always perpetually "coming right up" for 20 minutes or more. I feel sorry for my UberEats customers who have to wait longer for a new driver to pick up their order, but this place always wastes my time and I lose money sitting there waiting.

People in Memphis like wings fried hard so they automatically assume that you want your chicken fry hard I want my chicken fried normal so all my chicken that I ordered was fried hard the. The fries or mediocre because some of them were perfectly done in the others weren't. And the fact that they changed their price for everything is outrageous. I will never go back and spend that kind of money on dbo's wings. Especially if they can't give me a proper wing with actual meat in it and no bones showing. And whoever cleans those floors, puts way too much wax on them. We were sliding all over the freaking store! Myself and several other customers complained about it being so slippery. And of course the daiquiri machine was broken, so it was just a terrible experience to be honest.
