when we walked in, we were greeted immediately with a smile. The atmosphere was very clean and inviting and I liked the music in the sports shows they have playing. We placed our order and we waited for about 10 minutes before he came, which was fine. What I really appreciated was that the cook came out to show me my order and demonstrated always ready before we left. I also like the fact that they greeted everybody that came in the door. Customer Service like this is what matters...
Mama Jones makes my experience easy and smooth. Since she’s been working there the flow of service has been much better. I suggest ordering online. Despite past hiccups, the wings and ‘Mama Jones’ service keep me coming back. Please have her train everyone to do it the way she does!
It’s normally a pretty decent experience when I come here. The food is always good, but the customer service definitely fluctuates depending on who is working which is unfortunate. The last time I came in the lady stopped me from checking my order, and when I came back in because I was missing something, she took forever to give it to me.
