For me Dennis is always great but the one here was superb as well. I really enjoyed the manager she served us she was awesome sweet and on point. She really showed out with her customer service skills.

Long wait because there's not enough help! Food nasty! Burnt hash browns, kids hate the pancakes and one of my son's said his sausage taste like dish soap! Idk how he knows what that tastes like but but must of been bad enough for him to push his plate away! Only thing was ok is the eggs and soda

One star only because NO STARS was not an option. Where do I start? Several weeks ago, I showed up to a 24/7/365 Denny’s to find it closed. Today and all last week; the floors are slimy and greasy. The men’s bathroom paper towel dispenser is broken. The staff, today, was properly staffed and had a half full restaurant. It took me 12 minutes to have a server come to my table after being seated…and I had to flag her down. Then I ordered my meal - you didn’t have the meat for the Philly omelette. So I changed my order. Then I had to ask for hot sauce. Didn’t come. Got up to find my own when someone asked if I needed anything? I asked for a refresh on my coffee twice - never came. Finally had enough and decided to get up and only then had the server come with the coffee pot. I’m done. You clearly are running operations on a shoe string budget without a single care in the world of your level of service. I used to get hugs when I walked in to this place. Sometimes I’d have some average service but the staff made it right. Today - there is nothing right going on in this restaurant. Whoever owns this place had better step in and start making some serious changes or you’ll be one of the few Denny’s that has failed. Geezus it was bad today. AND I’M A REGULAR CUSTOMER!!! Guess that will be changing. I have lost my desire to frequent this place.

When we got there the host was very rude and acted like she did not even want to sit us or there was not any tables when there were several booths open. then the waiter was very rude and walking around not doing anything didn't not even come back to our table to refill our drinks or anything then she took our order aggressively with an attitude and did not even write down my whole order so I did not get what I was suppose to. Another waiter had to bring us our food silverware and straws for our drinks she was nice and made sure we had what we needed.

Food were great at a fairly good price. My issue was the table were dirty and when we informed the waitress about it and she cleaned it nonchalantly; leaving water. My dad got up and got some paper towels from the restroom to dry the table off. He said he won't go back to another Dennys because of this experience.
When got to the place one of workers was outside and as we was walking up she flipped over the to open sign. When we were seated the table was dirty. The floors were filthy. My son said the restrooms were nasty and smelt sewery.The food was good though.

The food was not cooked well. Bacon was hard, hashbrowns overcooked. I asked for american cheese in my eggs and they put cheddar in instead. Pancakes were under-cooked.

We had breakfast at Dennis this morning and it was horrible. Dennis have always been my favorite place to eat breakfast but lately it have been horrible. When our food was served it was came from the back COLD! The coffee was cold. I had to ask the lady behind the counter to put it in the microwave and she still gave it back cold. I been going to Dennis over a decade. I think management is the reason for poor customer because our cashier was also hostess and server. I even seen her dress a pancake with pecans. If the head is dead, the tail can't help but follow. If this Dennis doesn't hurry and do something they will close down just like the other location down town Memphis.
