I arrived around 1:55 and I didn’t get any service I pulled around and the employee was sitting outside in car smoking and she held her head out the window to tell me that they were closed where clearly it’s an 24hr spot and the open light was on. I wish there was someone I could talk to about this matter I ended up driving all the way across town to another Dixie queen which doesn’t make any sense.

I will be sticking to the one on Airways! I got the ultimate nachos from here and not only was it cold but it tasted weird it was bitter I'm at least glad the peppers were hot. Do better please cuz I only order the ultimate nachos any time I go to a Dixie queen.

Pretty slow service and not as friendly but I haven't had a bad experience. Lemon pepper wings are so good and only $5 for wings and fries.

Pulled up at 11 am and they employees were sitting at around a table in dining area. As soon as i pulled up they locked the dining room and hid in the back. Pathetic service but no worries. To many places to eat to worry about a poorly run restaurant.

I order the same thing at every DQ I go to in town and rarely have I ever had any problems but if there was the staff was sure to take care of it in a fast and courteously manner and they definitely didn't try to act like I had ordered wrong but after they repeated my order of two triples with mustard mayonnaise ketchup and cheese only and two large seasoned fries when I got to the window and the total was 9 dollars and change opposed to the usual 15.90 I question the order which they had as singles instead of just adding a couple more patties to each they said I could get back in line and correct my order if I wanted it but they had already started the the singles so instead I went to 901 grille and got a better burger with friendly service at the same price I'll consider it a lesson learned and go to directly to 901 grille from now on. Thanks for teaching me something I can share with other paying would be customers.
