Had an issue with my food. I called & spoke to the manager Stephanie. She was courteous, professional, and accommodating. I came back to get a replacement. The quality was delicious & fresh! Thank you for excellent customer service Stephanie and staff!

All the staff are very friendly, but the woman at the counter is an especially lovely soul. She greets every single person who comes through the door as an old friend, is beyond helpful, and is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met.

Kid-friendliness: The whole restaurant is very welcoming to kids, but the counter woman is impeccable with kids!

I stopped by dunkin' for those delicious hasbrowns and a breakfast wrap. However, my food was not delicious. The hashbrowns tasted old and burnt and I ordered three orders of hasbrowns for my coworkers. Butas soon as I tasted mine, I threw them in the garbage. Money down the drain??
