I waited 25 minutes for a Sante Fe bagel with two eggs. The eggs were hot, but the sausage was cold. Einstein needs to do better. A year or so ago, they were more organized. They need to bring those people back! Today, people were walking out after paying for sandwiches that they had paid for because it took too long to prepare.

They are closed due to stove failure. Don't drive there. Google say open but no one answering phones.Order ahead disabled on app
Whenever I walk in to this location I know it's going to be a good service. The ladies at the cash register are so kind and friendly to everyone that walk in through their door. When I go to Einstein Bagels I usually get the Pepperoni Chicken Sandwich. Trust me you will love it!
They don't taste like proper bagels. Real ones are boiled, broiled and baked plus other steps. They obviously skip a step or two. If your looking for real bagels, don't bother.
Nice staff. Good place to get breakfast when I have class, and I can easily get to the library afterwards

Sometimes the line is long, but the strawberry and banana smoothie is worth it. The five cheese bagel is also really good! (But they need to update their times, as they haven't been open since before the COVID pandemic!)
Very slow process when placing an order.
Best blueberry muffins in Memphis
Tasted like boiled bread. Nothing great.
