Clean, with a few different options to eat. The automatic doors are always malfunctioning, however. They either don't open at all, or only open about a third of the way, or act like they won't open before suddenly swinging out. The last option happened to me. If I wasn't paying attention, I would have been hit in the face. Maintenance doesn't seem to be in a hurry to fix this hazard.
We attended an awards banquet here. The parking was not explained can’t fault the venue. It was a long walk. The serving of the food was a line up style. I never experienced that at a banquet. So I skipped eating. I can’t rate the food. Otherwise it was okay. Building was clean. Bathroom, grounds. Staff assisted to locate any thing I needed to find.

The employees are very friendly! They will offer to assist you, if you seem lost. It is fresh, clean, and modern. If you come from the garage, you will need to go to the third floor of the garage to walk across to the 2nd floor of the UC. There are elevators when you walk inside.
