They are always friendly and patient with their clientele. it's a little upsetting they aren't open on weekends but they are a very convenient place for people on campus especially.
I don't mind waiting for my drink at this location. I have never had a problem with the quality of the food/drinks served here. But TODAY... There barista who came in from the outside (front door) and started messing with the ordering screen. I thought she was someone from IT fixing the screen, so I stopped paying attention to her. If you visit Memphis university, don't forget to go to Starbucks. Here, you will find Sam, who is very kind. He smiles at everybody, and never forget to say " Good morning" and " have a good day". This, without mentioning the quality of the coffee, which is always the best in this country.
