It was National Burrito Day yesterday and we ordered online for pickup right after our soccer game ended. Didn’t realize the timing and that the order wouldn’t be ready until after closing. Called up and told them I was more than willing to cancel the order because I didn’t want to get them there, but they said no problem as the order was already in the process of being made and to come on over. didn’t get the name of the girl at the drive-through window, but I was super thankful she went above and beyond what I expected and stayed a bit later for us to get our food. Those California burritos and chicken tacos hit the spot! Thank you!
I used to love this place, delicious and quality food. Now it’s like people don’t even read the ticket. What’s the point of asking for cheese dip added to an order or requesting no pico (or any of its individual ingredients) if they are just going to screw it up anyway? I truly hate having to write this review because I’ve always loved this place and the menu but this is the 3rd time in a row my order has been screwed due to lack of attention or care which is NOT the Elena’s I remember or support!

My son loves this restaurant. He gets the California Asada burrito. It comes with steak, rice, fries, pico and they wrap it pretty well and it’s pretty decent size. Customer service is good and we usually just drive thru so I’m not sure what the inside looks like

Purchased a carne asada California burrito and the tortilla was tough, the meat was dry and it was overall absolutely disgusting! Please note: I have visited this location multiple times and the food and service were always top tier.I also tried calling the establishment multiple times to voice my concern and ask for it to be rectified, buy no one answered the phone. It is a drive for me to visit this location, so definitely disappointed I can't get a person to pick up the phone.
This is what they're calling a fish taco. The piece of fish is the size of the top of the fork. Seriously? I've been coming here for several years. The quality & portions of food are steadily going downhill. The size of the California burrito is now what used to be a small. I went through the drive through on a previous visit. Ordered carne asada California burrito for my daughter. Got home and no fries! Not to mention it was small as hell. Also, now if you order to go inside the restaurant, salsa bar is for dine in only. If your order is to go, the cashier fills the tiny cups. Yes, the same cashier who didn't wash his hands after touching customer's credit card, receipt & the card reader. What kind of unsanitary foolishness is this?

very, very, VERY DISAPPOINTING & DISAPPOINTED. Poorly made and nearly bland tacos. I had 1 Elena's taco (chicken), 1 shrimp taco, and we asked for a grilled fish taco but was served a fried fish taco. All of which were lacking in flavor and in portion size. Elena's should definitely step up their flavor game and give a bit more in the portion area. I'd like to feel like I actually ate and enjoyed, rather than feeling as if I threw away $13+ on 3 tacos... I will not be going back.

Since moving from California years ago i haven't found a good Carne Asada burrito. Problem solved, I love their burrito . It is packed with Carne Asada, guacamole and pico. I highly recommend Elena's.
