I had the Italian beef tasted very authentic. This place only had a few menu items, but they were done to perfection. This was not an ordinary sandwich or pizza shop. You could tell the ingredients come first.

I hope the bread change is not permanent. The bread was too soft and crumbled. Not like the usual bite soft baguette style. 🥲

Please tell the guy making the sandwiches to not grab the garbage can by top/inside edges with his rubber gloves on, move the garbage can AND then go right back to making sandwiches with the same rubber gloves on. That means the garbage can is on the sandwiches. Seriously occurred right in front of me. Please, I love this place but put some care and safety into the job. That's just unsanitary.

And to add, the bread was old tasting. What happened this place.

It's been a while, but the sandwiches are just as great as I remember. Crusty soft bread, a pile of meat and cheese with a punch of flavor. The staff was very nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean and bright. Service was fast. Easy parking on the street or in the Gilmore parking lot. There is even a pass thru the Gilmore to the restaurant for easy access, especially nice on the rainy day we visited. I won't wait long until I visit again, for sure.

Wish there was a button for 10 Stars!! This place is a Gem!! Service was friendly & great the Subs we had were absolutely out of this world unbelievable! You want real deal Italian there is no where better to go in the Memphis Area PERIOD! Loved it, First time customer & now a Lifetime customer! 🩷🙌

It says they close at 3 , we showed up around 2 and they said they are closing

I made a special trip here whenever I was in Memphis for work. Usually once a month. They changed the sandwich bread. Heartbreaking. Completely different sandwich.

Ordered the Cajun Turkey hot sandwich and while I was eating the cheese in the sandwich had mold on it!!!! Felt very sick afterwards

In the past like 6-9 months, Fino's subs have decreased in size and quality but also increased in price
