We walked in & the manager looked like she rolled out of bed to come to work & we were interrupting her super as she was sitting at the bar eating & greeted us with a mouthful of food. She pointed at a table for us to sit at then hand motioned for a young girl to bring us menus all while eating. The girl was kind & sweet but wasn't wearing any uniform so I'm not even sure she was an employee. The blue haired lady behind the food bar seemed annoyed because I was grabbing food tongs she needed to use to fill her bowl. Everything I touched with tongs she refilled immediately. Ask the meat was thawed not frozen (which I worried about putting my vegetables in contact with but was given no other choice). The bar food has various vegetables but seemed to have had mixed vegetables in each container. Literally only had salt, pepper, old bay seasonings safli available. No garlic or onion powder. They did have a lot of sauce options. The men on the grill were not wearing slip resident shoes and were sliding all over the place. Also they clearly have zero concept of what wearing gloves is for as they touched the dirty dish bin, trash on the floor, scratch their lower belly, their keys sitting on the counter, a stack of plastic lids that fell to the floor which they picked up and put back in the stack to be used (but not on the bowl he made for himself), then poured the bowl of another on top the grill and resumed making food, all while wearing same pair of gloves. My meal was poured into a big bowl with large chips out of the rim. I will not be going back to this place. Clearly, whomever owns this restaurant, doesn't care about appearance, sanitization, cross contamination, customer presentation or appropriate training or hygiene.
Vegetarian options: Due to thawed meats near by and buffet style, in sure cross contamination happens regularly.

This place looks abandoned from the inside. Not organized. Not a good environment. Poor Atmosphere. They barely have food in the bar. They do not restock their meats in the bar. Very unprofessional and Very unsanitary. They do not have positive attitudes.Silverware are not cleaned , they are dirty. Food is not good Anymore. VAPING while grilling people food VERY UNSANITARY. This place went DOWNHILL.

Basically has turned into a sit down menu driven experience rather than getting to pick the items you want from the buffet. Waited over 30 minutes before getting recognized and after another 10 minutes still never got seated. If the location was busy it might be understandable but there were less than 10 others in the entire restaurant.

One of our create-your-own bowls smelled like soap. The waitress never came back to check. We told them about the issue, and asked if we wanted to pay for, and I said I prefer not since it was not edible. She told her manager, and we have been waiting 20 minutes for a check.
The bathrooms were in bad shape. One of the toilets was broken in the women's room and there were no paper towels. The men's room smelled like sewage. The had a roll of paper towels, but both dispensers were broke.
The was water and some food on the floor coming out of the kitchen. And there were broken ceramic tiles in a pile.
When we were leaving a sign was stuck to the door saying the drink machine was down and a couple of meats that were out of stock. I wish we read the other reviews first.
The manager came over eventually with the full bill. I explained that one of our dishes was inedible and the she waived the bill.

My gf ordered us food via delivery 5 days ago paid 20 for delivery to get the wrong food and missing items.We been calling since then,no answer.

Food taste burnt. Took a long time to get the bowl. Ask for an egg roll but didn’t get it. Added egg in the receipt for an additional charge but didn’t have egg on the bowl. Not a pleasant experience.
