I'm sorry but this place is kind of a disgrace to asian food. I wanted something quick & easy so I ordered kimchi fried rice + potstickers online for pickup. Showed up almost 10 mins past pick up time & my potstickers weren't ready. Then she asks if I want my fried rice while I wait so I said yes. She hands me a bowl and inside is white steamed rice, chicken, tiny little bit of kimchi, & a whole lot of green onions, & some green peppers.. (you can look up what goes in the kimchi fried rice & tell me if that's what it says on their menu)Either way worker's tried to make it right so I'm not mad at them. The food wasn't even good on top of all this mess just to get my order. I don't think I would ever come back here.

If you have a shellfish allergy, beware of cross contamination. My wife found 3 shrimp in her all-steak bowl (that was charred pretty rough anyways). Manager comped the meal, but still charged us for the drinks we waited 15 minutes for.Also, the two bluetooth speakers in the restaurant each playing different music was a weird choice.We tried, but won't be coming back.

The restaurant was fairly empty, however, it took a while for staff to even acknowledge that we had come in. We placed an order to go. The employee taking our order obviously did not want to be there. There was gnats flying around the food. Neither restroom had paper towels. The wait for the food was really long. I ordered udon noddles as my starch and they were not properly cooked; there was a clump of noodles in my bowl.

I regret to say that my recent experience at this establishment fell far below expectations. Despite being informed that my food was ready, there was a significant delay in its actual arrival. The staff appeared preoccupied and failed to prioritize addressing my concerns. Even after bringing the issue to the attention of a manager, the resolution was unsatisfactory (basically I have to wait longer without a sorry, compensation, nothing). This level of service is disappointing and I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others.
