We saw many HRC in the world, but the one in the King of Rock‘s hometown was the worst. As usual we asked for a wine list. None, does not exist. Ok, the waitress proposed 1 wine, red wine. A joke we meant. She then came back, and we asked for the Malbec. But nope, Malbac was out. Ok, Cabernet Sauvignion was our choice. Then she came with a bottle opend by a monkey it seemt and 2 champagne glasses. They habe no other glasses, they close in a week... Meals were served not at once, my son had to wait another 5 minutes. Food was ok then. At the end, our wine was the most expensive they had, saying nothing before. Also the manager hat no excuse for it. We know that amercian can not treat wine very well, but this HRC is better to close. There are many others, much better ones. Bye bye HRC Memphis, never again.

Steak was hot and juicy but when got cold was dry steak was not cook the way I wanted it server was nice and quick with everything pull pork had a funny taste but was good ribs fall off the bone but kinda thin meat on rib but good

very good cafe, very good food, very friendly service. But the selection of retails was very sad — only very few pins, no core logo pins, no core logo magnets, and the T-shirts only in sizes XS, S and M. Maybe that very poor selection of retails is because the HRC Memphis will close July 30th — one more of many Hard Rock Cafes which have closed within the last year ... what a shame!

It was a terrible experience. Drove from Texas to this Memphis location. Made reservations online due to the website stating there was live music. When we arrived around 6pm on Friday evening, the place was practically empty. We asked to order drinks and food and were told they didn't have the majority of drinks and food from the menu. The server told us they were shutting the location down at the end of this month. In my opinion, operate at 100% of the service people expect from the Hard Rock Cafe brand or close the doors. The website made no mention of no live music or limited menu availability. Very frustrating experience. Will not visit another Hard Rock Cafe.

The service was average. Apparently the Hard Rock Cafe is closing at the end of the month, so they had limited merchandise and limited drinks as they did not want to restock as they are closing. The did not have all the items o. The menu due to the closing. There was a lot of excuses for not having full stock due to the closure.

The women’s bathroom had no soap at any sinks - a fact I discovered as we were leaving. The hostess was sitting outside the restaurant playing on her phone so I informed her. She told me she’s get to it when she got to it. I told her I assumed it was a health department issue because how could employees wash their hands if there was soap. So, while my table had no complaints about the food, I would not recommend based on how lax they are with hygiene.

While visiting I had to come to this Hard Rock Cafe to buy yet another shirt for my collection. It is going to be permanently closed per July 31st and got 50% discount.

Food was meh. Nachos was the best thing we had. Not much in the way of music memorabilia there. Wouldn't recommend if you visiting Memphis and Beale. So many other local places to try rather than a chain restaurant.

We were only in Memphis for a day, by the time arrived at Hard Rock is was almost closed.We did not have time to eat, but we did shop in the gift shop.The young lady working in there was a very friendly and helpful.I am sad to hear this location is closing in the end of July 2023.

We were there for a drag show. There was very minimal change for us to give tops to the performers. The server didn't start out very friendly but soon changed and Austin did fine. The food was terrible over done from the way it was requested. The brunch menu had items on the menu that weren't available. The performers were FUN but the food and service not so much. This location is closing and it showed to the patrons that clearly the staff didn't seem to much to care.

Our server Red was spunky and on top of it! She did a great job and was very entertaining. We had a blast! Food was great. Bigger portion sizes, so we had to take home!

One of the less impressive Hard Rock Cafes. Slow service, food was ok but not up to usual standards. Waited 10min to Rock Shop and finally left without purchase as noone came to wait on me. Limited selection in shop also.

I reserved a table for 4 at 6pm on Open Table, it said the table is ours for two hours. When arriving the hostess said after 7pm there would be a $20 per person fee because of a private event. We didn't think that was right since we already had the reservation but if we had to we had no choice because we knew every other restaurant was booked. We got our food around 6:45. At 7pm the hostess came to our table and said she was there to collect our $20 per person and it had to be cash. We were close to being finished with our food so we said we would just pay our ticket and leave instead of paying an extra $80, plus we didn't bring cash because we always use a card. I didn't finish my meal. Just a little aggravating since the reservation didn't tell us this when we booked it. Also cash was the only option if we would've wanted to stay, again no advance notice of this. Food was good, except for salad coming out with the meal instead of before so a little bit of a rush eating because we had to leave. Our server was nice and did a good job.
